Lightweight and safe, these Measuring sticks are ideal for fast and accurate measurements of overhead lines, telephone and cable-TV lines, highway clearances, structures and bridges, and transport carriers.  Made with high-strength fiberglass, they feature positive locking, spring-loaded round buttons for fast and easy extension.  They also feature eye-level reading at the top of the base section, so no calculations are required.  All sticks are waterproof

Measurement Sticks are round with dual mensuration in BOTH English (feet / inch) and Metric (meter / centimeter).  Measurement is read by extending sections starting with the top segment, when tip reaches the desired height, read height at the top edge of the base segment. 

Leveling Sticks & "Trucker's" Load Height Sticks have a flattened oval cross section, with wide wear resistant scales available in English (feet / inch or 10ths) or Metric (meter / centimeter) units of measurement.  Load height measurement is read on the side with red markings.  Reverse side features standard mensuration from the bottom up of the fully extended stick.

All Sticks feature 1/4" x20 thread female fitting at the tip.  Standard Measurement Stick end tip is 1.3-inch metal plate.  Optional 6-inch caliper tip or longer fiberglass cross arms attach at the top of Leveling Sticks to easily measure Load Height of obstacles or material on trailers. 

All sticks include a durable 1000-denier nylon case with carry strap.

Optional Storage Canister Kits provide easy lockable storage for a pole on tractor chassis or frame, truck or van.

Made of dielectric fiberglass, poles are rated resistant electrical flow to 100kV rms as delivered new. 

Maximum length of pole manageable by an individual with good physical strength is limited to 10 meters (~30 feet)*.  This is due to the nature of relative weight of the far end of the pole at distance.  Beyond 10 meters is beyond the reasonable limits of an individual's personal strength and ability to control the hook-end of the pole.

When a pole extended more than 10 meters is to be used, it is required to have the assistance of additional persons and use of counterweight on pole base is required.
