TeleScoping PolesFiberglass 
TeleScoping Poles

Designed for general utility, these TeleScoping Poles are suitable for any personnel to place climbing lines, cable ladders or other special use items or equipment in places up to 12 meters above ground (or sea) level.  Made with high strength fiberglass, a full size 12 meter pole weighs little more than 15 lbs. 

The pole may be used with a variety of implements and hooks fastened to the top segment with a toothed-ring wing nut fitting.  The standard fitting tool includes a hook and a straight pin designed for use with utility wires. 

A variety of special tools are available including:  universal tree pruner, teflon coated pruning saw, crescent skinning knife, 5x7 mirror, ball peen hammer head, vise grip head, paint brush, screw driver, light alloy hack saw, and various ratchet wrenches.

Custom fitting tools or miniature electronic devices may be designed for possible use to fasten to the wing nut fitting, or in substitution of the final tube segment by special request.

For use with 40-foot HV series Fiberglass TeleScoping Poles, EV or MV Measurement Sticks, or EVG or MVG series GPS Antenna Poles, Tripod System allows perfectly balanced pole to be set in any position with fingertip control.

Heavy duty fiberglass tripod, with fully articulated Gimbal Mount, allows fully extended pole to be rotated any direction 360-degrees horizontal, and from 5-degrees below the horizon to full 90-degrees vertical. 

In addition,  pole in Gimbal Mount can be fully rotated on its own axis, allowing complete manipulative control of whatever is mounted at the tip of the pole. 

A variety of special tools are available to be mounted to tool tip of these poles. 

Lamp Changer PolesLamp Changer Poles

Designed for commercial use, these TeleScoping Lamp Changer Poles are designed to be used by qualified personnel to change large wattage commercial lamps in overhead light fixtures.  Made with high strength fiberglass, a full size 35 foot pole weighs only 7 lbs. 

Rubber covered fingers with garter springs on McGill lamp changers make changing a variety of lamp types simple. Hard-to-reach lamps are easily replaced without using ladders or platforms. A variety of styles and sizes is available to fit practically all commonly used lamps. Models for use with incandescent, mercury, metal halide, and sodium lamps.

Each pole must be used with any one of a variety of McGill Lamp Changer heads for each type of commercial lamps. 
Range Poles
Range Poles

Lightweight and non-conductive, these multi-segment telescopic survey Range Poles are made with high strength dielectric fiberglass.  Alternating red and yellow bands are spaced every 12-inches. Tip segment is equipped with a metal eyelet for attaching ribbon or flag.  Fiberglass segments lock into position with a pin lock mechanism.  Poles are 1.125-inches in diameter, approximately 65-inches in length collapsed.

Lightweight and safe, these Measurement Sticks are ideal for fast and accurate measurements of overhead lines, telephone and cable-TV lines, highway clearances, structures and bridges, and transport carriers.  Made with high strength fiberglass, they feature positive locking, spring-loaded buttons for fast and easy extension.  They also feature eye-level reading at the top of the base section, so no calculations are required.  The foam-filled tip section has a plastic hook.

Lightweight and non-conductive, these Retriever Poles enable fast, safe, and easy installation of wires and cables.  Ideal for installation of telecommunications, electrical systems or sounds systems in already existing structures or new construction.  Made with high strength dielectric fiberglass, they feature positive locking, spring-loaded buttons for fast and easy extension.  Wires or cables are easily pulled or pushed over ceiling rafters or suspended ceilings by the combination hook/eye tip.

T-Lock™ Stealth Poles

Designed for military special forces, these Stealth TeleScoping Poles™ are suitable for military or police personnel to place climbing lines, cable ladders or other special use items or equipment in places up to 10 meters above ground (or sea) level.  Made with light-weight, high-strength aluminum alloy, a full size 10 meter pole weighs little more than 12 lbs.

The pole may be used to place a grappling hook, light weight object, or other device able to be held in a poly-resin H-style boat hook fitting, or be used with new Assault Hook™ designed for the pole.  Custom fittings, tools or miniature electronic devices may be designed for possible use with the final tube segment by special request.

J-Lock™ Poles

These heavy duty aluminum alloy J-Lock™ TeleScoping Poles are designed for special purpose applications to hold up to 80 lbs of equipment at height.

Made of extruded 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, these all metal poles and locks are extremely strong, durable and easy to use. 

Segments lock in place automatically with a simple twist when each segment is extended to full length. 

J-Lock™ poles are produced only in large batch orders for custom manufactured applications.

WARNING
Maximum length of pole manageable by an individual with good physical strength is limited to 10 meters.  This is due to the nature of relative weight of the far end of the pole at distance.  Beyond 30-feet (10 meters) is beyond the reasonable limits of an individual's personal strength and ability to control the hook-end of the pole. 

When a pole extended more than 30-feet (10 meters) is to be used, it is required to have the assistance of additional persons and use of counterweight on pole base is recommended.

DANGER
Not recommended for use in the vicinity of electrical power, power lines or any other potentially electrical environment without proper additional safeguards, precautions and special personnel safety training.
